Since all items are gifted as part of your membership and donations are final, we do not offer refunds. However, we do want to help if something goes wrong:

1. Lost or Damaged Package Please reach out within 7 days of delivery. If your package is lost or damaged, we’ll do our best to replace it or find a solution.

2. Wrong Delivery Info If the delivery address provided was incorrect, we may not be able to reship. Please double-check your info before confirming your order.

3. Quality Concerns If you feel something isn’t right, message us. We’ll make things right when possible. Our goal is for you to feel supported and respected. By becoming a member, you agree to these policies and accept gifts as artistic items, not commercial purchases.
